“Badilisha” star Joseph Mayanja aka Dr Joseph Chameleon dropped down on his knees after receiving a brand new Range Rover from President Yoweri Museveni’s brother Michael Kaguta aka Toyota

This all came about after his recovery from the illness that had him down for some weeks. Many people however were not pleased with the way he kissed Toyota’s behind, various Twitter comments criticized his actions while a few supported him including fellow musician Bebe Cool.

“I was born free like any of us, I see many buildings and customizing others by their expectations. That’s not a free way to live together in harmony. God manifests himself in people today. The devil too!! We can’t all live in your opinion that is a prison,” posted Chameleone earlier.

He further asked how many people throwing tantrums came to visit him when he was down and low (sick). “Waste your data on relevancy. This is just a car. What if it was a plane? Don’t force or intimidate anyone. Just be the example of the freedom and free society promised for us one day.” As if that wasn’t enough, Chameleone has also posted a picture on his socials with Bebe Cool and captioned it ‘The God fathers of the Creative Industry are Alive and Kicking’.

Chameleone received the black 7-seater monster machine (UBJ 415D) on Sunday and in a speech to a handful of attendees, denounced National Unity Platform, a political party led by blood nemesis Bobi Wine, which denied him a flag bearer ticket as he vied for the Kampala City mayorship in the January 2021 general polls.

The range Rover was gifted to him by Michael Kaguta aka Toyota Museveni’s blood brother and tycoon. The Rover is worth $209,000 equivalent to ugx 743,254,800/= in Ugandan currency at today’s exchange rate.
“Mr. Toyota, I’m still your friend, I’m still your family. I’m still NRM, I’m not NUP. If you doubt that, put up your cameras and record that on me. I’m still N.R.M,” he says explaining that he was a Prodigal Son returning where he belongs.
